The proposed HEMS includes smart plugs and a data concentrator to collect voltage, current, and power parameters of appliances through a Wi-Fi module that allows intercommunication. The data concentrator provides a web-based user interface and settings table to display each appliance’s power consumption and allow users to schedule appliance operation time. The HEMS can save energy by setting the standby duration of each smart plug to temporarily cut off appliance power. To maximize the security of the data concentrator, a login function is proposed to access the database for search history data or the settings of each smart plug. JavaScript and XML are used to update the information of the smart plugs and allow users to manually control appliance power. The HEMS also provides demand response commands to reduce the power consumption of household appliances. KE,BO-REN KU,TE-TIEN 柯博仁 辜德典 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW
