In the bus system, all diesel-engine buses is replaced by all plug-in and battery-swapping electric buses respectively. The genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), simulated annealing (SA), and their combinations are used to optimize the departure times. The regulation range of departure times are limited between minus and plus minutes to avoid sacrifices of transportation capacity and passengers’ needs. When a new timetable is generated, the daytime battery charging schedule is optimized to ensure that the sum of the construction and electricity costs are lowest. The results show that regardless of what algorithm is employed for the timetable optimization, the total costs are always lower than the original costs. The composite PSO-GA algorithm produces the most favorable results. Therefore, this study concludes that the regulation of bus departure times can effectively decrease the construction and electricity costs of the electric bus system and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions. 柯博仁 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 53 zh-TW |
