碩士 === 國立澎湖科技大學 === 行銷與物流管理系服務業經營管理碩士班 === 107 === The air transport is efficient and convenient, especially for offshore islands which are highly dependent on air transportation.This research (study) method used was Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), to measure the operating performance of the domestic Airlines by the regular route to Penghu. The period of analysis is 2013 to 2017, the age of aircrafts, number of fleets, seats provided and delayed flights to be the inputs, and the number of passengers, on-time performance and Passenger volume to be the outputs, meanwhile, to evaluate using intertemporal efficiency to have a better understanding of the operational efficiency of the airlines. The result showed Uni Airways stands out to be the most efficient among 3 airlines, followed by is Mandarin Airlines. Compared to the others, Far eastern air transport should increase the operational efficiency by improving its operation and policies
