| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 社會發展學系碩士班 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the job stress for the public elementary preschool teachers with director positions in Pingtung County.The participants were 102 preschool teachers with director positions at public elementary affiliated preschools in Pingtung County from 2018 to 2019. The researcher used questionnaire method to collect research material. The questionnaires were analyzed in descriptive statistics.
The main research findings are concluded below：
1. Teachers feel that job stress is moderate.
2. Teachers have a maximum job stress on the “workload level”.
3. Teachers have a greater job stress to work on both teaching and administration .
4. Teachers have a greater job stress when they must spend more time on administrative excutives.
5. Teachers conceive a greater job stress to deal with equipment plans for environmental improvement.
6. Teachers have a greater job stress because they worry the administrative excutives will influence teaching quality.
7. Teachers who have been teaching for less than 5 years sense a greater job stress.
8. Teachers under the age of 30 feel a greater job stress in dealing with the "interpersonal relationship".
9. Teachers who are in large schools and preschools have a greater job stress at all levels.
10. Teachers who teach in "Pingtung City " have a greater job stress if compared with other teachers not in Pingtung City.
