What kind of difficulties did the returning youths have encountered in urban life? What factors to motivate them to return to their hometown? Did they hesitate before returning hometown? Can they adapt to the lifestyle of the tribe and the living situation after returning home? Also, the prospect of life in the future.   The study is a qualitative study based on the field survey, in-depth interviews, tribe observation. Furthermore, the information is well coded, classified, analyzed and checked. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The reason why Wutai Youths left their hometown to live outside is not determined by themselves, but by the working place of their parents. 2. Wutai youths had experienced discrimination in their school and company. "Church" is an important link before Wutai youths return to home. 3. The main pull factors of Wutai youths returning to home are "the request of family " and "the mission of culture”. The push factor of returning to home is having difficulties in urban life. There are fewer problems in adaptation after returning to home. But the main problem they face is the inability to speak mother languages. 4. The influence of the returning youths on their hometown is that they bring a new atmosphere in the tribe. However, if they choose to leave the tribe again, "income " is the main push factor.
