During the research, teacher-student interview records, classroom observation, teachers’ feedbacks, discussion on completed lessons, and curriculum worksheets were multidimensionally analyzed by using Triangulation method. The results of this study were concluded below based on the teachers’ discussion on completed lessons: 1. Picture book teaching could promote students’ learning motivation. 2. Curriculum worksheets designed based on questioning method may assist students’ reading comprehension of picture books. 3. Action research could enhance teachers’ reflection and teaching abilities. 4. Teachers participated in teachers’ learning community may help solve teaching problems and promote teachers’ professional development.
