This study explores the performance indicators used by the headquarters of a catering chain stores enterprise to evaluate her chain stores, and further analyzes these indicators’ rationality and relevance. The results show that correlations among objective performance indicators are all significant positive, the correlations among subjective performance indicators are some significant positive, and the correlations between objective performance indicators and subjective performance indicators are only a slight significant positive. Finally, this study suggests that when headquarter of a catering chain stores going to setting her performance indicators, it is better to use both objective performance indicators and subjective performance indicators simultaneously.
