| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 107 === Many companies are implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as the awareness of IT service has been rising. ITIL is the best practice tool to enhance the management process of IT service. The key point is not only the planning beforehand, but the implementation afterwards. The main idea of this research is focusing on how to use systems architectural method to lower the cost and the complexity of implementing the IT service system, but also increase the readability of the business process.
This research has adopted the structure-behavior coalescence (SBC) architecture description language (ADL) to construct an Architecture-Oriented Information Technology Service Management Model (AOITSMM). SBC-ADL faithfully describes the structure and behavior of the information service technology management system, and from the architectural methodology, the requirements of specification, software design, project management, workflow planning, etc. are validated to help solve the problem of readability of the information technology service management system, reduce import complexity and high cost.
