It can not only respond to the needs of the public but also contribute to the expansion of digital business applications in Taiwan. It is of deeper significance for Taiwan to become a smart country. Therefore, this study proposes a Taiwan mobile payment model. I hope to improve the convenience of Taiwanese people in using mobile payments, and to increase the penetration rate of Taiwan’s mobile payments. This study adopts the SBC (Structure-Behavior Coalescence) architecture language as the main tool to mold the Taiwan mobile payment system, and then targets the four major aspects of demand analysis, system design, system maintenance, and cost estimation. Using the SBC (Structure-Behavior Coalescence) architecture language is effective in improving system performance and significantly reduce the costs of developing system. SBC (Structure-Behavior Coalescence) architecture language can be said to be one of the most important theory to optimize the Taiwan mobile payment system.
