Consequently, it is important to further consider the new industrial opportunities for companies, for the screw industry, it is necessary to conduct enterprise analysis and innovative business strategy formulation to achieve the breakthrough development. The purpose of this study is to discuss the case enterprise, through literature review and data collection, open survey, value chain analysis, SWOT analysis, and Five Force analysis to understand the advantages and disadvantages of a screw enterprise in Taiwan and further develop the innovative business strategies for this enterprise. The implementation steps of this paper are as follows: first, the case enterprise would be introduced, next, the relevant information about the case enterprise shall be collected and the interviews were taken with production, marketing, and research and development departments from the case enterprise to understand its internal system. Later, value chain analysis and SWOT analysis would be conducted and attempting to formulate effective innovative business strategies. Based on the results of the analysis, the study proposes that 「H CO.,」should implement “Evaluation of Supply Chain Risk”, “Development R&D Activities”, “Building a Training System”, “Building a Local Service Network”, “Establishing a Delivery Evaluation System and Setting Delivery Guarantee System” and “Analyze and evaluate the carbon footprint of screw products”. Finally, conclusion and future research would be discussed as ending.
