With the advancement of the health environment and medical technology in various countries, many countries are now facing the situation of aging, and this means that the people of all countries are paying more and more attention to personal health care. Especially in the present day, although there is a significant improvement in the quality of life, it extends many diseases that seriously threaten the health of human beings. Asian countries around Taiwan are also aware of the opportunities for the development of health care. Therefore, the market and scope of medical services continue to expand to foreign countries, attracting people from all over the world to receive medical services in Asia, and further promoting health care-related industries to new business behaviors that countries continue to follow. The profit model in the early stage of industrial development is usually vague and unclear, only through the integration and innovation of operational models can we create differentiated competitive advantages, for equipment innovation and well-integrated services are the main trend. In this study, the selected case clinics used semi-structured interviews to understand the problems and situations the targeted clinics face while implementing their innovative operations, and how to make the clinics more developmental in the healthcare industry through innovation.
