Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 管理學院高階經營碩士學程在職專班 === 107 === CSBC Corporation, Taiwan recently has set merchant ships, governmental ships and offshore wind industry as the three major business of its company. However, the manpower of ship design is limited. Therefore, to establish a model of manpower analysis of ship design and evaluate the status of design load is worthing exploring to provide the administrators to judge if adjusting the design manpower or changing the business strategy are needed. This study uses statistical secondary data of design man hour from CSBC’s well built and delivered ship. After the comprehensive regression analysis, it has obtained a reasonable manpower load distribution curve for further reference and utilization. And which has successfully established a model and tool of manpower analysis of ship design for future simulations and applications. After carrying out the simulation analysis by adopting such model and tool of design manpower analysis established in this study, and the reasonable prediction results can be obtained, which proves that it can be used for the manpower analysis for estimating the timing of peak load. At the same time, it can be carried out for simulating the manpower load distribution according to the complexity of the new ship to predict the availability of design manpower for new building project. And it also provides design manpower information when overloading which can be a timely warning for seeking the countermeasures and precautions.
