From the past insurance only have life insurance, but now have many kind of insurance like: life insurance, medical insurance, wealth management and other types of insurance. In the past few years, the government has widely promoted and educated the public, let more and more people participate in this industry thus, the overall insurance industry is promoted; however, in recent years, there has been a special group in the insurance industry. That group aspires to be served high quality and high value. Therefore, the insurance institution refers to the insurance industry as the term "VIP" or "high-asset customer", that is, the willingness to spend high prices to enjoy the value that insurance services bring to high-asset customers. This study combines the insurance industry with high-asset customers to explore the key success factors for high-asset customers to purchase insurance. The research aimed at the policyholders who purchased more than NT$500,000 per year as a target, and conducted a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method to confirm the weight and ranking of the insurance products purchased by high-asset customers..
