This study is to investigate the general situation of Myanmar's construction service industry, and to influence the development of Myanmar's macro-economy on the construction industry with the marketing plan. The research object is the company A, one of the top ten construction industries in Myanmar. Based on the marketing plan of the construction industry, this study believes that the construction industry will have a significant impact on the construction industry in the region through the increasing population and the factors that will attract domestic and foreign investors. Therefore, this study takes the market development strategy plan of Company A as an example to study the development and future trends of the local construction industry in Myanmar.
