Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育研究所 === 107 === This study attempted to focus on soccer performance by high carbohydrate diets and low carbohydrate diets, using GPS, 3D accelerometer and heart rate monitoring to explore the influence of the covered distance, heart rate and sport performance. Then, the blood glucose level was thought as the reference of energy expenditure. The purposes of this study were (1) to explore the effect of high vs. low carbohydrate diets on distance covered; (2) to explore the effect of high vs. low carbohydrate diets on exercise intensity by using 3d accelerometer and heart rate monitoring. This study arrived at the following conclusions: First, there was a significant difference between high and low carbohydrate diets on distance covered. Secondly, there is 10.8% difference between HC and LC in medium speed. There is 14.1% difference between HC and LC in fast speed. There is 2.4% difference between HC and LC in sprint. Finally, there was a significant difference between 1-10 and 11-20 minutes, 31-40 and 41-50 minutes, 71-80 and 81-90 minutes of heart rate. This represented that the player is doing high intensity exercise, like attack or defense to help the team win.
