The methodology of this research was cluster sampling. The pre-test samples were 346. The final samples were 1431, and the effective questionnaires were 1305. The instruments applied in this study included the Well-being Scale, the Career Self-efficacy Scale, the Career Hope Scale. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t test, one-way ANOVA, MANOVA, pearson correlation, and stepwise regression. The results were that: 1.The well-being, career self-efficacy, and career hope of junior high school students were lower than pre-test samples. 2. The well-being of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of gender, residence, school size, and academic performance. 3. The career self-efficacy of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of school size, and academic performance. 4. The career hope of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of academic performance. 5. There were significant correlations among well-being and career self-efficacy. 6. There were significant correlations among well-being and career hope. 7. There were significant correlations among career self-efficacy and career hope. 8.
