And analyzed the degree of the implementation and the dilemma in the senior high school resource room with disabilities on the different background. Questionnaires survey was applied in this research. The object of study was the resource room with disabilities in the senior high school. The resource room teachers with disabilities filled out the questionnaires. The research tool was the questionnaire, " The Implemented Current Situation and the Dilemma in the Senior High School Resource Room with Disabilities ", which was made by the researcher. The returned questionnaires were analyzed by the SPSS program including descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA , with results as follows: 1. The degree of the implementation in the senior high school resource room with disabilities was medium slightly higher. 2.The implemented current situation in the senior high school resource room with disabilities was significantly influenced by age, seniority of the resource room, authority, area, types of school, established time of the resource room, total number of students in the resource room, number of teachers in the resource room and whether the special regular teacher be a student management in the resource room. 3.The degree of the dilemma in the senior high school resource room with disabilities was medium. 4. The degree of the dilemma in the senior high school resource room with disabilities was significantly influenced by seniority of the resource room, area, authority and number of teachers in the resource room. 5. There were five dilemmas should be first solved including lower teacher-student ratio, insufficient of the teacher in resource room, heavy workload of the teacher in resource room, difficulties in class schedule and placement discomfort of special students. 6. Improved suggestions for the senior high school resource room with disabilities by the resource room teachers included improving teacher-student ratio in the resource room, expanding resource room teachers, adjusting the basic teaching hours for resource room teachers, formulating clear guidelines for resource class scheduling and improving the appropriateness of suitable placement. According to the findings, this research offered the suggestions for the education authorities, school, teachers in the resource room with disabilities and further studies.
