In this study, the experimental design of the pre-and post-test subjects was studied, and the students of junior grade in Tainan of a country were studied. In order to implement the idiom teaching method of tablet computer combined with QR Code, the experimental group conducted the learning activities of idiom teaching with tablet computer combined with QR Code, and the control group used the way of teaching teacher to use computer to study idioms. Before and after the course, the "Idiom Learning interest Questionnaire" and "Idiom learning Achievement Test" were adopted. The results of the study were analyzed by single factor co-variables, supplemented by data such as student interview outline and teaching thought table, in order to understand the effectiveness of teaching implementation. The experimental results are as follows: 1.The "learning achievement" analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) which have reached the level of significant differences between their groups, while the experimental group after adjustment "learning achievement" post-test scores are higher than average. 2.The "interest in learning" its analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) have reached significant level differences between their groups, while the experimental group after adjustment 'interest in learning "post-test scores are higher than average. 3.Third grade students that learning idioms is helpful, you can use in writing, speaking, examinations, like the use of QR Code to learn idioms, although the learning process will encounter difficulties, but some students will still own seek a teacher or family member to help doubts, but after learning still needs examination test, so the topic is mostly written in the idiom or not. We hope he use QR Code to learn an idiom is to enhance the ability to improve the idiom and performance. 4.Teachers should be teaching multimedia idiom remake of the more vernacular, and more specifically, to reduce the difficulty of students to learn an idiom or will not yet learned vocabulary simple, concrete instructions to help students understand the meaning of idioms, from teachers the classroom for students to recall at any time connotation idioms. Avoid reduced willingness to learn, the teacher can be team competitions, group discussions, gameplay replaced by the nuclear test to check students' learning outcomes.
