The researchers found that most of the research was based on the farming experience of farming or the eating experience of food education. But for students living in rural areas, these are just their usual routines. Therefore, in addition to the farming experience and the dietary experience, different teaching modes are needed for food and agriculture education. This study, through the "2018 Food and Farming Education Promotion Model Project " training course of the Fuli Township Farmers Association in Hualien County, discover the purpose of the course guidance by using different teaching methods and observing the arrangement of the entire course. Explore the effectiveness of the student's learning and the effectiveness of the course in this way. In the course of the research, the teaching methods used in the training courses were found, responding to the experiential learning that scholar thinks.Through the process of creating knowledge through the transformation of experience, individual learning needs to be cycled through four stages of experience, reflection, induction and application. According to the results of the study, the results of the "2018 Food and Farming Education Promotion Model Project " training course were good. In addition to the results of the data, in the actual situation, the seed teachers selected in the training course. It also used the table game developed by the project, the food farmer, to continue to assist the Fuli Township Farmers Association to promote the activities related to food and agriculture education, and to apply what was learned in life, not only after completing the training course. Therefore, the arrangement and layout of the training courses can be provided to other researchers for reference in the future. It is also recommended that the course can be further operated once by the trainees designed by the students, and can be modified to promote the activities of the Fuli Farmers Association.
