Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系課程與教學教學碩士班 === 107 === This study aims to evaluate the effects of an action research on improving interpersonal relationships among 4th graders by implementing Di Zi Gui Instruction as well as the researcher’s growth by overcoming the implementation difficulties and reflection of its teaching skills. This subject consists of 27 4th graders in elementary school in researcher’s class at the three circle periods of two or three times per week, in total of 19 classes lasted for 9 months weeks. This data is comprehensively collected through students’ worksheet, students’ interviews, students’ feedback, researcher’s teaching journals, off-class notes, observation recordings of co- researcher’s recordings, and also assisted with “Questionnaire of Peer Relationship among Elementary School Students” before and after the research for an objective study. According to the analysis, the results of this study were are as follows: 1. 4th graders’ interpersonal relationships were obviously proven to enhance through methods of action research on Di Zi Gui Instruction. 2. Students showed positive attitudes toward Di Zi Gui Instruction. a. Students valued courses of experience. b. Students like courses of experience most. c. Repeating along with explanation helped students to understand and implement the content. d. Students had strong attempt on Di Zi Gui learning, and the feeling will grow with time. 3. The teaching difficulties were defeated by implementing literature review study, co- researcher’s consultation, and research’s reflection. a. Instructor positively modified perspectives on students ' behaviors. b. Instructor adjusted questioning strategy to conduct classroom discussion. c. Instructor used scaffold building to help students with worksheets. 4. By implementing Di Zi Gui Instruction, instructor advanced different abilities for teaching. a. Ability for action research. b. Ability for curriculum designing and problem solving. c. Ability for classroom management. Based on the conclusion above, the researcher proposed some recommendations to Di Zi Gui Instruction and related persons and further research.
