This study uses Y baseball memorabilia trading platform in Taiwan as a single-case study to analyze the primary data from interviewing the participants with research questions during a period from January 2019 to June 2019. Based on the results, this study proposes seven findings, as follows: First, Y platform is composed of demand side, supply side, and certificate side. Second, Y platform simultaneously uses the effects of same-side and cross-side to stimulate the growth of users among the above three sides. Third, Y platform uses real-name registration system for the platform users to ensure platform’s positive development. Fourth, Y platform subsidizes platform fees for their users of demand side and charges their users of supply side platform fees for the effectiveness of advertisements in enhancing buyers' purchasing intention. Fifth, Y platform enhances users’ belonging by promoting social community among users. Sixth, Y platform does not restrict the participation of the users among the above three sides for stimulating network effect.
