Document analysis and questionnaire surveys are adopted in this research. Sampling survey was conducted to the educare givers of Tainan public preschools. A total of 517 copies were issued, 402 copies were recovered, and the effective questionnaire is 317. The effective rate is 78.9%. The statistics and the analysis were used for the data of the collected questionnaire, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t test,one-way ANOVA,and Scheffe’s method. The conclusions of the induction study are as follows: 1.The highest satisfaction is about priority enrollment to disadvantaged children, followed by parental involvement, profession of teachers, course activity. The lowest satisfaction is administrative support. 2.In terms of policy, the educare givers agree staffing rate 1 to 15 or more than staffing rate to 1 to 8 or more. 3.In terms of administrative support, the educare givers in the city agree to a greater extent than those in the North of Zengwenxi. 4.In terms of different background, there is no significant difference in profession of teachers, the parents’ needs and course activity. At last, the researcher discusses the results of this study, and makes specific recommendations for the reference of educational administrations, schools and future research.
