In this research, the researcher invited three unmarried female outdoor adventure education instructors who have been working for more than five years to conduct in-depth interviews. The results of this study are as follows:
First, the career development and experience of female outdoor adventure education instructors are divided into five aspects: (1) opportunities and reasons for entering the work; (2) interpreting the role played by the outdoor adventure education instructors; (3) the state of the career process; (4) the impact of work and beliefs; (5) love and investment career field.
Second, the role of sex and gender in the female outdoor adventure education instructor is divided into five aspects: (1) the impact of physical gender; (2) expectations due to gender; (3) important ideas and expectations of others; (4) ideas for marriage and parenting; (5) female autonomy
Third, the advantages and challenges of female outdoor adventure education instructors are divided into three aspects: (1) irreplaceability and necessity; (2) female more prominent characteristics and style; (3) female outdoor adventure education instructors' challenges.
