The era of online shopping has arrived. Logistics and transportation are also the systems that need to be quickly integrated today. The convenience of mobile intelligence or the way to improve efficiency need to be able to be instantly combined. On-line systems, fast and large amounts of data need to be processed efficiently; in the past, the requirements for computer room construction, labor costs, and network bandwidth were required to make management inefficient,and the uncertainty of the equipment room equipment was used. It has gone far beyond the budget determined by the company, and the wasted resources are out of control. Today is the age of the Internet, and should not be tied to physical equipment and boundaries. The exchange of information between enterprises has enabled many enterprise users to increase their service requirements. They can provide uninterrupted service, work anywhere, anytime, and keep track of progress.The amount of data exchange between enterprises is increasing. The level of hardware requirements is increasing, the more equipment is needed, but the space and funding are limited.Cloud Service has always been a hot topic. Many vendors have invested a lot of related technical capabilities, including Microsoft (Azure), Amazon (Amazon Web Service, AWS), and Google (Google Cloud Platform).This study combines application services with cloud technology and smart devices to enable enterprise users to instantly transfer data cost,less space less and green information services to provide information immediately. This paper develop an application--supply chain management system(SCIM), with cloud technology and use the smart device to run the application. After the system is executed, it can be known that the enterprise's point-to-point lease line is not the only choice. It can also use the general network mode. It can also reduce the human error and improve the data transmission efficiency.The data center in the company is not a best chosen. Using the cloud architecture can greatly reduce the space required by the equipment room, reduce the cost of enterprise equipment, and improve the efficiency.
