Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study were to understand the understanding and recognition of school-based experimental education among junior high school teachers in Penghu County, and based on the research results to make relevant suggestions, as a reference for teachers' training institutions and junior high schools. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, this study used the literature questionnaire survey method. After the domestic and foreign literatures review, to construct “ Penghu County Junior High School Teacher's Questionnaire” as tool for school-based experimental education research. The samples were 271 junior high school teachers and principals in Penghu County. Questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson product correlation analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows : 1.Junior high school teachers in Penghu County have a moderate degree of understanding of the significance, rational value, content mode and multi-efficiency of school-based experimental education. 2.Junior high school teachers in Penghu County have a high degree of recognition of the significance, rational value, content mode and multi-efficiency of school-based experimental education. 3.The understanding and recognition of school-based experimental education of junior high school teachers in Penghu County have no significant differences due to their gender. 4.Junior high school teachers in Penghu County have significant differences in the understanding of the significance, rational value, content mode and multi-efficiency of school-based experimental education due to their job year, job position, school location, and school size. 5.Junior high school teachers in Penghu County have significant differences in the recongnition of the significance, rational value, content mode and multi-efficiency of school-based experimental education due to their age, job year, school location, and school size. 6.Junior high school teachers in Penghu County have a moderate positive correlation between understanding and recognition of school-based experimental education. Finally, based on the research results, relevant suggstions were offer for the education administrative authorities, teacher training institutions, the junior high schools, front-line teachers, and future research.
