Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 藝術與造形設計學系碩士班 === 107 === Since the population is aging, life expectancy is extended and the number of young children is decreasing year by year, the government has set up a learning center in the idle space of elementary school campuses.This policy can not only solve the problem of too many unused classrooms but also offer the elderly educational opportunities and provid social participation. Considering that the physical function of the elderly gradually deteriorates, the design of products and environment in campuses should comfort with the universal design to be suitable for everyone's convenience. In this friendly environment, elementary school students and the elderly both can share campuses and promot the willingness of the elderly to participate in society to maintain their mental health. The purpose of this study is to establish a common campus evaluation criteria for elementary school students and the elderly ,and to explore the general design achievement of elementary school campus with the observation method and the universal design PPP evaluation method. The result will be provided to be the future reference for the government to establish a shared campus environmental assessment for senior citizen's learning bases in elementary school campuses.
