" The Inventory of Preschoolers’ Attachment Styles " was applied in this research. There were 114 valid questionnaires for the research data. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire reached significantly. The statistical methods were used to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Conclusions were as following: 1. For secure attachment domain, parents thought that most of the children were willing to share items, feelings and hugs. The grandparents had exactly the same result. It also showed positive if grandchildren are willing to go out with grandparents. For insecure attachment domain, parents thought that, in most cases, children often throw tantrum toward parents. Same result on grandparents. 2.The result of secure and insecure attachment domain both showed significant differences for parents and grandparents’ attachment with their children. 3. There was strongly significant differences for grandparents’ demographic variables in secure attachment. The others were not. For parents, all variables (ages, education level, parenting level, and demographic) showed no strongly significant differences. The attachment results showed similar between intergenerational relationships. Lu, Ming 盧明 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
