The goal of mankind chased is driven by desire, it is also a subconscious that continually pursue a certain truth and quell the inner pain. This creative work explored the impact of the social environment on the mind through Document Analy-sis. Examining the values and perceptions that society forms in personal consciousness.The approach of the creative work is in-depth inter-view.According to the calligrapher''s innovative thinking and the mindful-ness guide''s experience in physical and mental remediation as the reference of this study to build the foundation of the concept.This creative work is expected to combine the calligraphy performance with Relaxation Response and the four stages of Mindfulness: Name it, Feel it, Release it, and Redi-rect it. The four stages will be transformed into seven stages in this concept of creation, such as Beginning, Feeling, Receiving, Precipitating, Tranquili-ty , Turning, and Tao.The Beginning defined the mindset as no-judging, fo-cusing, and then aware of the inner thinking and emotions.After accepting the inclusiveness, let the body and mind feel calm. It is able to transform the past thinking and the rigid mind. Such a process is like a journey that belongs to the transformation of the inner and tranquility. This creative work is expected to communicate with the viewers through creation, so that the viewers can consciously ob-serve the inner and gain tranquility.The main core of the Creative Calligra-phy Work is tranquility.The expectation of this reasearch is to return to tranquility, but due to the different growth and learning backgrounds of each person, the things that are faced in their heart are not the same. Many thoughts pass through the brain, let the mind settle and return to calm. Through the ones introspection, and regain the calm of your own body and mind.Setting the tone of this creative work By demonstrating the return to calmness in each conceptual stage, it is expected that viewers will be able to see and integrate into the creation to gain an inspiration for the definition of calm.
