Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期文化資源與休閒產業碩士專班 === 107 === The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of personality on the job stress and leisure coping strategy of preschool educators in Taitung county. Preschool Educators are classified according to their personality, and the relationship between the job stress and leisure coping strategy is discussed in each cluster of preschool educators. The subjects of the questionnaires are kindergarten of preschool educators in Taitung county. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 295 were received with a recovery rate of 98.3%. There were 288 effective questionnaires with a valid rate of 96%. The data from this study were analyzed by descriptive statistic, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation regression analysis. The results show that: (1) The different personality traits of preschool educators have differences in job pressure. (2) The different personality traits of preschool educators have differences in the leisure coping strategy. (3) As for preschool educators with diverse personality traits, the negative linear-correlated in the aspect of job pressure and leisure coping strategy. Finally, according to the results and conclusions, some suggestions were raised as references for school, educational correlated organizations, and researchers.
