In this study, a questionnaire survey method was used, and the “A/B personality quality scale”, “social support scale”, “involvement scale for leisure” and “job stress scale” were used as research tools, and the purposive sampling method was adopted as well. This study surveyed primary and secondary school educators in Taitung County, a total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, the number of valid samples was 374, and the effective recovery rate was 83.11%. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis of narrative statistics, t-tests, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson product-difference correlation, and regression analysis were conducted and discussed. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The personality traits of primary and secondary school education personnel tend to be type B personality traits. 2. The level of education support, leisure involvement, and work pressure perception of elementary and junior high school educators are all medium to high. 3. There are significant differences in the work pressure among primary and secondary school educators of different A/B personality traits. 4. There is a significant correlation between social support and work pressure, social support and leisure involvement in education among primary and secondary school students. 5.
