The researcher tried reviewing the development of the recorder ensemble from different points of views, at the same time looking back, learning to let go, and therefore changing her views, along with the emotions and inspirations, to continue her journey. The following are the main focuses: “The process of establishing a junior high school’s recorder ensemble’s from scratch?” “The reflection on the progress of establishing the ensemble and the relations between staff and stuff.” “What are the inspiration and effect the researcher has got from teachers through different stages of schooling? “ Besides self-narration, the research approaches include collected interviews, observations, and document analyses. Through the study, you can witness an enthusiastic teacher who is willing to challenge herself and keep seeking a professional training, even teaching in the remote area, leading the group to stand on the international stage, stun the audience, and finally make it to become the school feature. As the instructor of the group, she has managed the group with the idea of putting students before everything, and the belief that “always help others achieve their goals before self-achievement.” She has not only achieved the highest achievement, but also created the win win situation for the school, the community, the teachers, the parents, and the students. Her educational background and experience have influenced her on the teaching ideas, practical practices, and the desire of seeking profession-training. The researcher not only narrates the experience of teaching in the remote area, but also transforms her teaching ideas and the strategy of managing a group into more specific, concrete and practical knowledge for potential teachers and those hold an ambition of promoting music education. By finding meaningful content from the study, they can thus have more courage and motivation to pursue their dreams. Huang, Tzeng-Rong 黃增榮 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 221 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 藝術與人文教學研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this narrative research is about a music teacher in the remote area, through self-narration, presenting how her teachers of different stages at school influence her on the course of being a teacher, while simultaneously reflecting the mental journey of guiding the recorder ensemble, as well as how the interactions between people concerned and matters on the progress do her good or limit her.
The researcher tried reviewing the development of the recorder ensemble from different points of views, at the same time looking back, learning to let go, and therefore changing her views, along with the emotions and inspirations, to continue her journey. The following are the main focuses:
“The process of establishing a junior high school’s recorder ensemble’s from scratch?” “The reflection on the progress of establishing the ensemble and the relations between staff and stuff.” “What are the inspiration and effect the researcher has got from teachers through different stages of schooling? “
Besides self-narration, the research approaches include collected interviews, observations, and document analyses.
