In response to the demand for innovative functions of the project, the project manager selected a new supplier that was not established for a long time, which was decided by the boss. But in the absence of production experience, how to make the project smooth and complete under the limit of time and resources. After making a new function into a product, it will face the supplier's choice and evaluation. The supplier's ability will determine the quality of the product and whether it can be shipped on time. Regardless of whether the supplier's decision-making or the decision-making during product development, may encounter some problems, so how to manage risk? The status of these problems may come from the selection of materials in all decisions, the design changes, the management of the production process or the lack of vendor capabilities, will all affect the success of the entire project.
