Recently, due to the increasing volatility and ambiguous demand, agile methods have gradually gained attention, and many companies have begun to introduce agile methods into their projects. However, there are few empirical studies related to the processes of implementing agile methods. The implementation of agile methods involves changes in organizational systems and processes, as well as the transformation of member thinking, essentially is an organizational change. Therefore, this study based on organizational change theory deconstruct the success factors of the agile method implementation processes, enabling managers to manage change according to the state of change implemented by the organization's current agile methods. And with the transformational leadership as the influencing factor, explore the impact and relationship between each other under various state of change. The survey was conducted by mailing questionnaires, online questionnaires, and directly to the company to issue questionnaires. The results of the study show that: (1) "Transformation leadership" has a significant positive relationship with " Degree of change readiness", "Change task clarity" and "Change stability". (2) " Degree of change readiness" and "Change task clarity" have a significant positive relationship with "Team agility". This means that managers can adjust the management focus priorities according to the agile method implementation stage, and enhance the effectiveness of agile methods and enhance team agility through transformational leadership.
