It has a large impact on the video industry, how can the traditional video industry enterprises reposition their roles in the industry and leverage their core capabilities to innovate through business models, technological innovation, achieve enterprise value innovation, and have a place in the market in the era of OTT platform. The case company is a group company with high technology and supported by a global sales team. The core competencies of the case company are technological innovation and business model innovation. This study shows how core competencies create company value, and then provides quality services and products to the customers. The study also shows how to define the value that companies can provide to the customers from the value of the requirement from the customers. The value adds to products and services fully innovate business models and increase corporate brand value.
