Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 107 === Industrial 4.0 is the industrial upgrading program which is actively promoted by the government in recent years. Its main concept is built on the Cyber-Physical System as the foundation and Information Technology as the core technology to integrate the existing Operational Technology of Factories. Industry 4.0 creates what has been called a "smart factory" based on data analysis. In construction industry, steel structure factory is the minority with standardization, mass production, and customization characteristics in the production process of the production line. Therefore, this study attempts to apply Industrial 4.0 concept on the production line of steel structure factory and adopt Building Information Model to improve existing working mode. Based on the concept of using virtual component model to assist the manufacturing of real component, this study develops a web-based system to automate correctness check, version comparison, and data acquisition of BIM for steel structure by using Tekla Open API and web programming tools. The functional modules of the proposed system can assist operator to effectively check and revise BIM, review the differences between different versions of BIM, and generate a Bill of Materials (BOM) with the verified BIM to provide information for the manufacture of steel components. Such automation can reduce the cost of human resources and time.
