| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 高階科研EMRD === 107 === In recent years, ICT technology is highly developed. Mobile internet, cloud computing technology and IoT are accepted and used extensively. More and more countries have started to devote constant efforts to develop the smart city and related innovative concepts, plan and applications in order to cope with population aging and climate change and energy sustainability issues. This will also impact the operation of the facility management industry which is at the end of its industrial chain. It is not only an opportunity but also an inevitable trend to face the “intelligentize” and make business functions transformation.
This study uses the literature review of the intelligent building to observe the future trend and development. Meanwhile, based on the overview of the facility management industry, this study analyzes competitive advantage of case company and facility management industry through Porter's Five Forces, SWOT and Value Chain analysis. In accordance with the case group company’s strategy and the result of above analysis method to propose a timely and appropriate short-term and midterm tactical plan for Taiwan market to create a practical net profit growth.
