| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 亞太工商管理學系碩士班 === 107 === The Ministry of Health and Welfare has been implemented the Tw-DRGs payment for restricting the costs of Healthcare due to the increasing dramatically in Taiwan since January 2010. This study adopts the case study method with E hospital as the research object and collected the 3 kinds of TW-DRGs records from E hospital. Using Chi-square to examine the significant difference and the correlation between the various of Patient and Doctor factors and the lost and profit of DRGs. In addition, this study establishes a prediction model by using discriminate analysis for finding the factors of the cost loss. The finding as below,
(1)DRG23402 profit and loss is even relevant to sex, age, number of diagnoses and seniority of the doctor. Not even relevant to medical specialties.
(2)DRG49702 profit and loss is even relevant to sex, age, number of diagnoses, seniority of the doctor and medical specialties.
(3)DRG49802 profit and loss is even relevant to age and seniority of the doctor. Not even relevant to sex, number of diagnoses and medical specialties.
(4) According to the findings, the ability of DRG23402, 49702 and 49802 categorization and differentiation are up to 67.5%, 62.3% and 68.7%.
