Due to the difference in the definition of space in the building life circle, the design and construction end are different in engineering identification, and the spatial information has the phenomenon of repeated constriction. When entering the subsequent space management stage, although many spatial information has been established in the design stage, in the operating system with unequal information, it is inevitable to affect the complete thinking of spatial information in the building life cycle. The purpose of building space integration is to effectively transform the spatial information of each stage and improve the continuity of construction and subsequent maintenance during the project life cycle. Today's BIM can build models that meet the various stages (design, construction, maintenance) during the project life cycle. However, because at the planning stage the information of space definition is different from the construction and maintenance stage, it is often that the model file is unable to meet the needs of construction and renovation project and management and maintenance information. In order to improve the above problems, design, construction units and business owners can quickly obtain spatial information. This study analyzes the building space requirements during the planning stage, builds relevant spatial parameterization models, and brings the total classification code (Omniclass) to the Revit 3D model. In the model, the application interface will be further written to assist the spatial information verification content, and the spatial information of each stage will be summarized and built into the BIM model, so that the integration and conversion modes can be improved in the subsequent decoration and spatial management operations. This study effectively clarifies the information relationship of the space in the design, construction and maintenance stages, and analyzes the information requirements of the architectural space definition in the initial stage. Moreover, in the system development, this study will provide information transmission for the space of REVIT and propose an information conversion mode that can effectively integrate applications, which enables real-time access to the information content of the planning area, space location, decoration material data, and space usage of the project life cycle through the Omniclass to provide maintenance units for spatial management. Finally simulate the information delivery manual to solve the problem of spatial information transforming faults in the project life cycle and providing complete information on building space information.
