In traditional construction inspection, a lot of time is spent in writing and delivering documents. For the case of unqualified document flow, the flow is often repeated, causing insufficient time for construction inspection before subsequent work, which thus affects the subsequent inspection. Job security and accidents caused by such insufficient inspection time can also increase due to the inspection pressure placed upon job security personnel. This research looks to improve the inspection workflow to allow the employers knowing the work progress and deficiencies quickly, in order to enhance the level of importance given to construction-inspection workflow and to reduce the number of occupational accidents. In regards to the development research of a management website that optimizes construction-inspection workflow, there are 2 methods: (1) industrial opinions from job security personnel and experts are collected and organized to sort out the construction-inspection workflow and to put forward a suitable construction-inspection workflow and design; and (2) smartphone and tablet PC can be used by modern people to develop a more personalized and convenient construction-inspection management website. In addition to the improvement of inspection workflow, a large amount of money needs to be spent on the establishment of a website. In this case, ordinary users can independently set up their own management website, if the costs are within their budget, design a prototype for an inspection management webpage, and record teaching videos through the Content Management System (WordPress app) under the architecture of programming language (PHP) and database (My SQL). Thus, ordinary users can establish a management website through teaching videos at minimum costs so as to establish a cloud database for future analysis and use. At the same time, the plug-in of WordPress can be used to extend and increase such functions as online chats and interactions, real-time message replying, and information visualization. By means of establishing an inspection management website, using low cost App to fill out forms prior to operation, improving work efficiency, and providing sufficient inspection time, more users would be able to set up a management website on their own.
