Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 運動健康與休閒學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === A significant relationship has been found between physical activity and health. To maintain health, human must engage in appropriate physical activities. The purpose of this study was to understand the activity participation, barrier factors, physical activity attitudes, and physical activity of the full-time junior high school counselors in Kaohsiung City, and to explore the effects of different background variables on physical activity participation, physical activity attitudes, and barrier factors. Then this study explored the relationships among the physical activity participation, physical activity attitudes, obstacle factors and physical activity; and whether current physical activity participation was related to physical activities during the student period. The quantitative research was conducted. 156 questionnaires were distributed, 137 were collected, and 130 questionnaires were valid and obtained. The effective questionnaire rate was 83.33%. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to examine descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, single-factor variance analysis, Spearman correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study found that: First, Kaohsiung Citys junior high school counselors had sufficient activity participation scores of 36.9%, and high standard scores of 18.5%, and up to 44.6% of the counselors who were lack of physical activity. Second, the “conscious health status” of the counselors in Kaohsiung City had a significant difference on Physical activity participation, physical activity attitudes and barrier factors. The “age” and “height”of the counselors in Kaohsiung City had a significant difference on physical activity participation. Third, among the barriers factors to the activity participation of counselors in Kaohsiung City, the “too much work loading” was the majority, followed by “lack of interest”. Fourth, a correlation was found among the physical activity participation, physical activity attitudes, barrier factors and physical activity of the counselors in Kaohsiung City. Fifth, a moderate correlation was found between Kaohsiung Citys full-time counselors who participated in the physical activities at the present stage and participated in the physical activity of the students during the period of time. Conclusion: My survey indicating that participating in physical activity of Junior high school counselors in Kaohsiung City was not widely known. The physical activity participation, physical activity attitudes and barrier factors of physical activities of counselors in junior high schools were affected by the conscious health status, age and height. Being too busy work dose hinder the physical activity of the Junior high school counselors. The previous physical activity habits can influence counselors who participated in the physical activities at the present stage. The participation of the event also proved the importance of cultivating physical activity to the student period.
