Summary:碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 107 === The SrTi1-x(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xO3 (x=0.1~1.0) and Sr(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 solutions were synthesised using sol-gel method in this study, and the SrTi1-x(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xO3 (x=0.1~1.0) and Sr(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 thermoelectric ceramic thin films were also fabricated by spin-coating method. In addition, the thermoelectric , dielectric and leakage current characteristics of SrTi1-x(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xO3 (x=0.1~1.0) and Sr(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 thin films were measured by several relevant equipments. According to the experimental results, a Seebeck value of -219 µV/k and a thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/cmk with measured at 200oC were obtained for Sr(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 thin films preheated at 100oC and annealed at 600oC. On the other hand, a Seebeck value of -246 µV/k and a thermal conductivity of 0.06 W/cmk with measured at 200oC were also obtained for Sr(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 thin films preheated at 100oC and annealed at 600oC. Finally, Sr(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 thin film possesses the highest dielectric constant of 39.6 and the lowest dielectric loss of 0.179. In addition, a dielectric constant of 27.1 and a dielectric loss of 0.394 were also measured for Sr(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 thin films.
