Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 光電工程系光電與材料科技碩士班 === 107 === In this paper, a new automatic environmental surveillance system was developed, as people have continuously pursued the ideal living condition, where a comfortable environment is one of the important factors. With technological advancement, there is the issue of global warming and abnormality in weather, in which people may come in contact with more risk factors within household environment. Therefore, a system of multiple sensors with mobile APP can improve the comfort, the safety and the convenience of household environment.
The system uses Holtek HT66F70A micro-controller chip as the core, along with temperature and humidity sensor, light intensity sensor, dust sensor and various gas sensors, where the measurements are fed into the chipset for data computation, storage and display on LCM. Meanwhile, via Wi-Fi, the data are uploaded to mobile APP and cloud-based database for record. In addition, the chipset is combined with several applications for temperature & humidity adjustor, light, ventilation fan and alarm as corresponding measures. The mobile APP will continuously display all values and the user can set temperature, humidity and lighting thresholds based on his or her own life habit. When the level of dangerous gas exceeds the norm, push message will inform the user of the household condition, in order to improve the quality of living.
