So we transform agricultural waste into RDF-5, and hope that can reduce transportation costs and increase storage convenience. In this research, the on-site reprocessing devices includes shredder, dryer, compact machine and mobile generator, because it’s difficult to obtain electricity near the farmland so we use the mobile generator to supply electric. In order to understand the characteristic of various of agricultural waste that we collect, we test the physical properties like calorific value, proximate analysis and density after forming. And the main purpose of this system is reducing the energy loss during transportation of the raw of agricultural waste. Therefore, it’s necessary to calculate the energy efficiency of each device in this system by the ratio of power loss of mobile generator to calorific value of agricultural waste.
