The purpose of this study is to find out whether the subjects in forest environment will make their emotions positive, and then to explore the benefits of forest therapy. In this study, " Profile of Mood State " and " Social Readjustment Rating Scale " were used as research tools. The subjects were tested before and after entering forest activities in a one-group pretest-posttest design and the differences were compared by Paired Sample t-test. The results show that the hypothesis that H1 forest therapy has significant difference in mental state is partly valid; the hypothesis that H2 forest therapy has significant difference in mental state among people with different stress levels is partly valid; and the hypothesis that H3 forest therapy has significant difference in mental state due to background attributes is not valid. According to the results of the study, forest recuperation can improve the negative emotions caused by stress and enhance the positive emotions. LIANG, TA-CHING 梁大慶 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW |
