For example, 104 years to 108 years, our center plans to build a power monitoring system to meet the energy conservation policy needs. Power monitoring systems are including demand control, generator power compensation system, multi-function digital meter and data collection system, heat pump monitoring system, water resource monitoring system, Ice water host monitoring system, street light time control system, etc .And combined with Center Energy Conservation Promotion Committee implements field equipment replacement, for example: LED lighting equipment replacement , environmental protection and energy saving transformer equipment , air conditioning frequency conversion ice water host equipment replacement, high efficiency motor equipment replacement.In year 104 to year 108, non-productive industry energy users save energy check system online declaration, achieve average energy saving rate of 1.63% / year energy saving effect. It is also higher than the policy requirement of the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs to regulate the annual energy saving rate by 1% , effectively achieve energy saving goals. Power management of this system is mainly for electricity demand, Multi-function digital meter built in high and low voltage disk and various power circuits to collect the data of power consumption for analysis use. According to the information related to the load power, a reasonable contract capacity can be set. And build the generator power compensation system to achieve low peak load to save basic electricity bills and avoid excessive fines. The central part of the air conditioning system accounts for about 60%~65% of power consumption of total power. The system is for power monitoring not only the heavy load equipment part but also do automatic uninstallation when the peak power happened at air conditioning system in order to avoid using electricity to exceed the contract.
