This study is based on the DeLone and McLean (D&M) information system success model.Take Taiwan's convenience stores as an example. It mainly discusses the system quality, information quality and service quality of mobile payment, and whether it affects the convenience of super store staff and their satisfaction.
Test the significance of all hypotheses using SMARTPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study show that the system quality, information quality and service quality have a positive relationship with satisfaction and personal impact, and satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on personal influence.In the analysis of each convenience stores, the results of super-business (A) and super-business (B) are more consistent with the results of the full sample analysis.
