Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 教育研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between working stress and well-being in elementary school teachers in Miaoli County in 2018. The questionnaire of "Elementary School Teachers Working Stress and Well-Being " was used to collect data. The Working Stress Scale includes "time pressure", "parental pressure", "administrative Pressure" and "teaching and counseling pressure"; while teacher’s Well-Being Scale includes "work dedication and job satisfaction", "physical and mental health" and "interpersonal relationship". Regarding the research method, conventional sampling questionnaire survey was utilized to takeing Miaoli County National elementary school teachers as the research object. And a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, 242 questionnaires were recovered, the recovery rate was 96.8%. The quantitative data were analyzed by SPSS20 regarding statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, analysis of difference between variable items, correlation analysis between variable items and so on. The results showed that the average working pressure of elementary school teachers in Miaoli County country was 2.69 near medium, and the average well-being of elementary school teachers in Miaoli country was 3.87 near the upper level. There was a significant negative correlation between the work pressure and happiness of elementary school teachers in Miaoli County, that is the higher the work pressure the lower the happiness. Based on the above results, relevant discussions and specific recommendations were proposed.
