The relationship between insurance business personnel has always been an important business guide for insurance companies, and there are different compensation systems in different channels of insurance organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between compensation systems, education training and salesman's retaining. Taking the Taiwan’s insurance industry as research objects, using basic training scale, cohesion training scale, compensation systems scale and retaining willingness scale as research tools. The 500 questionnaires were issued and 442 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate is 88.4%. The study found that: 1.The basic training and the connection training are highly positively correlated. 2. The basic training and compensation system are highly positively correlated. 3.The cohesion training and compensation system are highly positively correlated. 4.The basic training and positive willingness have a positive relationship. 5.There is a positive relationship between the connection training and the retaining willingness. 6.There is a positive relationship between the salary system and the retaining willingness.
