Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 107 === Many private or public institutions now have internal virtual communities, which are used to complement social interactions in current offline environments for their members to exchange knowledge with other people at anytime and anywhere. Since the virtual communities support online activities that break time and space limitations, they are getting more important in the organizations for being knowledge sharing tools among members or e-learning tools among students of educational institutions. The purpose of the study is to investigate the knowledge sharing behavior and efficiency in organizations based on codependency and regulatory focus of the virtual communities. Questionnaires were distributed to enterprise employees from various industries, university students, and members of society etc, and a total of 296 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed with structural equation modelling technique. The results of this study indicate that regulatory focus has a positive influence on the intention of knowledge sharing, which would improve the knowledge sharing behavior, thus leading to a better knowledge sharing performance.
