Since the transmission of culture has inevitably relied on the Internet as a tool for dissemination, traditional media should think about how to use big data to grasp the digital footprint of internet users. Through the perspective of data science, explore how to transform culture into more widely disseminated tangible assets and maintain competitive advantage for a long time. In this study, Hakka TV video website are a practical case. Using Google Analytics as a web analytics tool, and reference to knowledge management theory. Find out the key performance indicators for evaluating the site's assimilation and dissemination effect of Hakka culture. And use Open Source business intelligence software to build data visualization models. Achieving data democracy, let non-information professional analysts collect and analyze data without external assistance. With more efficient sharing of information implications, Website managers are able to respond quickly to changes and dynamically adjust their business and marketing strategies.
